The Florentine Family

This is a story is about the evolution and lifetime of Giovanni Rinozzo, a little boy from a small merchant family who rises through the halls of power and politics in Florence as a young man, to later becoming an author of world literature, and finally growing into an elder and a patron of Renaissance Florence.

The story is told through the perspectives of the little merchant family with a loving mother and father, and through the conflict ridden ruling dynasty of the city state, and how their fates quickly start to intertwine.

The Florentine Family is a tribute to art, beauty and to the love of life.
